RE:RE:RE:RE:Concentrate to “Asia”. Chinese Cu smelters largest. Right.  Have the proponent commit to shipping to a smelter, with rhenium recovery capability, while all metals are returned to Canada/US for domestic use.  Simple.  Better yet, have the US embargo concentrate being shipped to China.  Unfortunately, the proponent will not be the constructor or operator if ever approved.
