The Greater Dawson operating area includes Dawson Phases I, II, III and IV and Parkland. The Attachie is a condensate-rich, natural gas play primed for large-scale development. Sunrise is a dry natural gas play with a low-cost structure, well deliverability and direct connectivity to liquefied natural gas Canada.

My Dream Scenario

Oil stays at $85, Gas stays at $4.50 US (as today) for 3 years. Arc buys back shares as much as possible to get to 500 million outstanding. At these prices, with hedging gone, we are looking at $3.5 billion in free cash flow or $7 dollars a share. I will go with a 7x multiple on that so, $50 a share 2024.
