You are right, I guess I have now come full circle to ideas I first proposed a very while back which is more shareholder capital plus debt. I realiize those are hanging words in most peoples minds but maybe our grandchildren will be open to the idea !! Meanwhile, I guess the.only reasonable course of action is to prove up the value in the lands for an eventual part sale in order to finance increased capex going forward . Hopefully , the market will continue to support Crew's activities
