RE:???You asked for opinions, so here's mine.
You're probably right with your assessment that certain holders of Curaleaf probably wanted out of a position to reinvest in a possible reversal of the overall market. That was my rationale for selling over two weeks ago as Curaleaf failed to catch a January bid despite heavy tax loss selling in Q4'2021. However, I'm not as optimistic as you about near term prospects for this sector. While I still keep Curaleaf and a few others on my watchlist, I don't expect the US government will be in too much of a hurry to foster legislative change that would have a positive impact on a company like Curaleaf, therefore I don't expect much favourable movement in the stockprice, at least in the near term. That's my opinion, for what it's worth. Judging by Curaleaf's stockprice performance, I imagine that I'm not the only one thinking this way. GLTA
