I had niggling thoughts going on about the continued pressure on the sell side, I figured it was either a lead in to a financing, or worse, a sign of a rollback. Although I do not consider the financing a win, I far prefer it over a rollback as the company has use of funds.
Given the company has financed at these levels and back over $1, we are for now protected against a rollback.
If the company does not do better and get cash flow positive over the next months, the risk is still there for consolidation.
