The Didipio gold and copper mine is located in Luzon, Philippines. It produces gold and silver as dore bars and copper in concentrate. The Macraes Operation on the South Island of New Zealand is an active gold producing mine. The Company's Waihi Operation in the North Island of New Zealand is an underground operation. The Haile Gold Mine located in Kershaw, South Carolina is a gold mine on the East Coast.

RE:Re:Looks like we losr samThis news is unfortunate. This is a big loss for shareholders as Sam appeared to be the only one at this company who cared about shareholders. I spoke to a few institutional investors who echo this sentiment and they too are disappoint yet not surprised with this news. One shareholder suggested that Sam was left hung out to dry the last few years and its no wonder he is leaving to take the top job at another mining company. 

To answer psychs question. I do not believe Sam would abandon ship considering he has not the last couple of years. I will point out the elephant in the room that while the board has mostly changed and Mr Holmes was relieved of his duties the other executives remain employed. Herein lies the issue with this stock and IMHO likely why Sam is on his way out. I will follow him to Matador.
