RE:RE:RE:RE:Patience and on schedule

RE:RE:RE:RE:Patience and on schedule WernerD. Black mass misconduct?  Perhaps you could explain that one. My point here is self explanitory.
To the issue of cash flow. Have you ever done a cash flow projection.  If you have or understand the concept you would understand my comment.  Even if you didn't agree with the timeline we would have a difference of a couple of months at best.  Do you understand cash flow analysis Werner?
The building/the plant.  I watched an interview with Trent earlier in the week.  He said tenders had been called.  Ok so now there is a timeline of sorts.  I have 4 steel frame buildings that I am starting to tender now.  They will be completed with tenant fit ups next March. Just so you are aware we ordered the steel 8 months ago. It's known as a placeholder which is done because the mills and fabrication plants are 12 to 16 months out.
Then there is the question of the availability of millwrights.  You know the guys that put together, iron out debug and maintain all equipment in any plant.  Good luck finding any.
What we normally do is look at what we can do in the near term.  Get some money coming in and getting things in place.  Recycling should be in place NOW. And could have been in place by now.
So Bud, hence my frustration.  When I say we are lacking urgency it's because I have seen it and lived it for decades.  So yes Trent is a great talker but evidently not a great doer.
Get the lead out Trent and get some cash flow because I highly doubt there will be cash flow in under 18 months.
