When institutional investors are in?:Great link below. The chart is very reliable with few reservations (if discovery successful; if it is economically feasible; if country politically stable, and if ecology is not a problem - thus it is fit to BRZ).

Second difference is actually positive: the chart is for metal mining, digging the pond and building plant is twice as fast compare to it.

Look carefully - value begin to grow even before institutions are in. I expect same from BRZ - offtake and financing are powerful enough triggers to double s/p.

I think that right now, we will witness a Buffet' phenomenon "reallocation of money from impatient to patient investors"
