bear in mind, many of those who sold for tax losses and wished to re-load were then rewarded with a financing at the bottom to come back in. There were also those who heard about the financing that sold into the market, and able to come back in at the bottom for a trade that has nothing to do with taxes = just a trade, sort of like the old gypsy switch.
