Disruption coming....Kramer the problem in the future is North America doesn't need the oil growth you are talking about......
I think due to housing cost...IE 800k is average in canada and USA has high housing costs...the public is going to be receptive to massive change in the future.
Alot of consumers will be so eager not to invest 40-60k in owning in a car or truck....the annual insurance and maintainancd cost....
Within 5-10 years....more and more people wont even own a car or truck...they will go on their smartphone app.....the self driving electric car will come to their door and self drive the conumer to whereever they want. No more parking tickets...no more insurance....
This techlogy isnt far away. Could be as soon as five years in major cities.
And consumers will save so much money.
I don't think a major new oil sands mine would have a good economic business case even without the ESG push....
