I sold out of BEI.UN 3 weeks ago +/-, have been ramping up MRC, MRC is now my largest position /top pick at about 30-35% of total portfolio.
It appears undervalued across the board on all metrics, including peer comparisons. In addition, nearly half their net porfolio value is in apartment buildings, which I like.
My third largest portfolio position is MRG.UN, MRC's sister, pure apartment play, which has run up a bit of late.
