This person will be entrepreneurial and have experience managing web related communications projects while managing multiple stakeholders demand. This position will report to the Director of Marketing & Communications and will be in our midtown Toronto office (2300 Yonge St.) Responsibilities: Provide recommendations and inform changes as needed to all company websites while coordinating with our in-house web designer Website and domain management and updates Testing of our telemedicine app and providing user experience (UX/UI) feedback to our designers Project management for the marketing team with Asana Provide monthly invoices to the accounting team (Google Workspace, MS Office, Godaddy, Wix) Help initiate new processes to manage workload more efficiently. Assist the Marketing team with marketing communications targeted to investors Social media management (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and monitoring of investor channels (Reddit, Stockhouse.ca, CEO.ca) Coordinating content creation for social media posts Assist with maintaining and updating company pitch decks Background and Skills: Project management background (certification and/or work experience) Experience working with UI/UX projects and branding an asset SEO/SEM experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications 5+ years of experience working in the Technology or Finance industry Excellent English language written and verbal communication Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
