A new trial on damages with a jury of 12 people of average intellect.  It is a coin toss.  A battle of the experts.

The next trial in two years time could go in Apple's favour.    Maybe Apple's expert is more convincing in demonstrating that the Unecto and Vertu licenses were more representative and these patents are worth 0.05/unit.  

That is not a small detail.  It is a 50% chance of zero and 50% of the same number that two separate juries gave twice.
