Step 1 - tell everyone in an interview you have more than enough capital to cover SG&A costs. No further PPs necessary.
Step 2 - run a PP for over $500k. What? Why?
Step 3 - delay the AGM by 3 months...
Step 4 - report that you took a salary over 3x typical, and paid your wife and yourself the majority of the PP amount
Q. Is it ethical? Q. Is it legal? Q. Do your shareholders deserve answers on this?
