Critical Elements Lithium Corporation is a Canada-based lithium exploration company. Bourier Property is comprised of over 304 claims with an area of 15,616.47 ha for over 30 kms. Rose South property consists of over 280 claims.

Importantly, the company said that an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment ("ESIA") was submitted to the federal and provincial authorities in October 2018 and was updated and submitted in July 2021 to reflect changes to the project presented in the PEA.

Following ESIA approval from regulators, which the company anticipates receiving within a reasonable timeframe, additional ancillary construction and operation permits from provincial authorities will be required prior to construction. Preparation of these permits commenced in October 2021, Allkem said.
