GDNP in 2022The stock price has had a tough go of it over the last while but for those may have only recently learned about this company there is a lot to like about how management has continued to grow and strengthen this business year over year.
The company really has transformed and is so much more of a viable business than it was only a few years ago. I personally find my confidence in this business is helped a lot by what is now a long track record of easily understood business decisions that always appear to align with the business strategy. Execution and transparency has been really good for a company of this size and stage.
There was a lot that happened in the company and around it in 2021. All of this is tightly summarized in the recent annual letter to owners on the GDNP website. As a result, while the business won't be sitting still, I think 2022 may be an informative year for investors and it will be interesting to see how performance shakes out albeit likely within a challenging operating environment for all small businesses.
