Agreed.

They grew out of the debt problem in one year.  Their production was a Lot lower until they hit on their wells last spring. It was a pretty small parcel they picked up though. They also bought Hugh Ross's POS that was being milked by mgt for some production and did a financing..  its in better shape than we are now financially speaking. 

Really not sure about their land position. Thought it was pretty thin until the takeover. ours is probably still deeper. 

I really think we need to do a deal or two. Assets are still cheap something a little older with lower declines.
