Trading in NL hit a wall at 3:28 with the bid at 6 and the ask at 9. The volume then was about 666k in the US. Then in the last seconds of the day, someone was eager enough to hit that 9 cents taking down 10k shares, taking the gain on the day to almost exactly 350 percent, apparently while trading was supposed to be halted.

WTF?.
