I wish they would just throw 10 million at the Leduc Woodbend property. At these oil prices the wells would probably pay out in 6-7 months. And/ or get the production up to 3-4000 boe/d. 


they could pull 80 million out of selling the property with a little  higher production. 


that would free up more cash for acquisitions.
