RE:RE:RE:RE:Sad day for investors

RE:RE:RE:RE:Sad day for investorsthis is a matter of putting together a team that understands all the little hiccoughs that occur, this is where experience comes in. Example: We got tripped up on traffic jams on the ramp which were disupting flow to the mill, we had a manager who could not understand the needed co-ordination, so others stepped up and the problem was worked out to the point of the ore runs were timed, and cut outs were made on the turns to allow a returning empty to give right of way to the ore carrier. These sound like insanely simple problems, but it is the reality of putting a new team together.
I feared a rollback as I was buying on the decline, the financing confirmed to me that there would not be one in the near term, but I will not hang around for any more financings, this is a risk investment, I am comfortably in the money, around 20% (ish), and I hope for better but you won't see me for dust if I think they are coming to the trough again.
Hope this helps.
