If it is, you'd be taking advice from a guy that immediatly gave back 92% of a 4 million raise presumably for "consulting fees". Bridgemark, Bridgemark, Bridgemark. It's almost funny if you didn't lose a bunch of money.

As I understand it, AFI needs money, these raise 4 million via Bridgemark, then immediatly gives 92% of the 4 million  back to them for "consulting" fees. So what did he get for his 3.5 million in consulting fees? I suspect they would have told him to raise money.
