Yet Another Date Prediction ?

Allowing for the possibility / likelihood that I'm totally wrong (I was once), I think the anouncement of the permit may well be made on Sunday, 27th February.

We have heard rumours that the GQC CEO is flying to the DR by the end of the month, and now the PRM Deputy, Frank Ramrez, has spoken about important announcements that President Luis Abinader will make on Sunday, February 27.

Just co-incidence ? I'd like to think not ...
