If it wasn't for that, it would be a dollar. There is no equity here. It's all debt and " intangibles" which in my book are nothing. How dare they claim about a billion of intangibles. They own windmills. Windmills aren't a brand. Anyone can own windmills. Can anyone out there defend the "intangibles" on thier balance sheet for me?

Whether $16.60 was the low depends on the course of inflation and interest rates. It is a given that short-term interest rates will rise. The question is how much? Rising interest rates are anathema to dividend stocks such as utlities. It will be a matter of reading the incoming economic statistics on producer and consumer prices and judging when you think interest rates (sort and long-term) have peaked. Personally, I don't think they have. Data on both sides of the border this morning show that the economies are quite strong which will give the central banks the green light to raise rates.
