evidence on share drop or decline being expressed fractionally.. although you can express 
this spread fractionally, I'd highly doubt it's common or that anyone commonly expresses
it in this fashion compared to percent. There are many uncommon yet correct words or ideas
stated that aren't necessarily wrong, but there isn't evidence on a history of that item.

The argument is essentally a play on words at this point.
Either way I don't think bag cheese is trying to conman anyone especially through this argument,
but as well I don't see much evidence you are a conman. I think you both need to offer evidence
of NSP being a good buy or a sell.
