RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Snidely

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:SnidelyThanks Maxmoe,
While I do really really try not to be curmudgeonly...sometimes it just creeps out...perhaps a basic human failing on my part?!

I do somewhat admire the "assigned" moderator routine on ceo...it does have its problems, but there is generally a swift judgement call in disputes (altho' currently it is the wild west on the SIC board!)  I have never been sure of how SH is structured in terms of addressing Abuse calls...I don't think that it is as grassroots as ceo...but I have found that, like anything my momma taught me, they do respond quite well to Guilt!  But not a perfect system, nonetheless.

I don't play golf - but do get  your analogy.  To be truthful, when I did play...I had a magnificent hook - which often got me past lots of trees...as it is in art - so it is in life!  (But I always got murdered on the greens!)

Am with you on the results part - altho' it has been so long now that they are like a distant memory...which is what gives these schmucks traction.
best to you.

Maxmoe wrote: Thanks D, appreciate the thought. I'm a crusty old curmudgeon so I can take it and dish it . Ceo does at least, eventually, turf the lunatics. At times s/h seems like it's the lunatics that run the website. Anyway, just keep the eye on the ball so you don't hook it into the pond. Maybe Sic won't work out but it will have nothing to do with anything these schmucks have to contribute. It's all about the drill results.
eldreco wrote: Thanks, Maxmoe,

The ceo SIC site (and now others) has become so unbearable as of late that it really is awful to go there...with these jokers that have just suborned the agenda...there is little rational discussion recently as this/these idiots are literally (as stated) trying to destroy the company!

I remember not so long ago how you were saying how much better it was over at ceo than SH.  I thought to warn you to keep your head down...as that was just at the time where things were getting very nasty.  I regret now not having done so - I think I thought that you would figure it out soon enough (a lame excuse)...but I still regret not saying something.  I see you now have a few wounds...but a good job on getting Theycomebynight banned!
best,
el d

eldreco wrote: A possible apology - when I reread this post this morning, I realized that if read the wrong way - it could imply that Snidely was sent to the penalty-box...not so!.

The reference was to this toad Sammys (who has terrorized the ceo boards for some time now) - HE went to the box...to be immediately replaced by Diamonds and Theycomebynight...most unpleasant....and more than likely new handles for this serial basher.

Snidely had just done a great shut-down of Sammys - quite delightful.

Apologies for any confusion,
el d

eldreco wrote: Well they put him in the penalty box for a few days over at ceo...but he has either bought a new computer (or phones)...different IP  addresses.  So now Diamonds...and Comebynight have eerily similar (and now quite threatening) styles.  Boy oh boy.
