RE:Dead MoneyUnfortunately the only options are to vote for or withhold. No option to vote against Tim. That is how Lanny is able to say that the vote was 90% (or whatever his number was) FOR management. That results in many who are unhappy not bothing to vote at all. I imagine that if those who are fed up could vote against instead the results would be much different. It would still result in the motions passing anyway though as the majority shareholders still have control.
