The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.

There is absolutely no doubt that we will be bought out soon, we have what the world needs. It only took till 2022 for everyone to realize how truly valuable copper and other metals are, with the place to get all those resources being even more valuable. I suppose it all depends on how high of a number Farshad seeks. It's possible we could have been bought out already and been at $4, maybe he rejected some decent offers already, time will tell.
