Export market development

Export market development
The link below provies some  text about Canada and hydrogen exports.  A lack of production facilities on the east coast will delay exports to Europe or anywhere else for that matter.

Interesting that two partners of LNG Canada Mitsubishi and Shell, have preliminary plans to ship hydrogen to Japan. But that's for the future.

Using hydro for hydrogen production would press the limits on domestic electricity consumption.  Wind Power could be used in certain areas like Kitimat or Nova Scotia to supplement hydro. When Hydro dams were built, it was to address domestic consumption not export of hydrogen. Dams are subsidized by taxpayers. To produce low cost nitrogen for others by international companies, would to some people be the last straw.

But that's they way it is. Just hope to provide jobs and receive tax revenue stream.

Anyway, the role of utility scale offshore wind power in Canada and Europe will keep Northland interested.
