RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Today CBD and cannabinoids in general are still treated like pot, especially at the US border. Those border guys must be a bunch of redneck bufords, especially, considering that cbd's are probably legal on both sides of the borders and pot is too!

By the book until the US politicians do what is necessary which is come up with Federal blanket laws and guidelines such that everybody is playing with the same set of rules and guideline laws.
Clearly there is a big interest that is preventing this from happening in the US but this was obviously the Canadian border guards which makes me wonder what is up with that.
I know that there were some agricultural laws on the books in Canada to prevent hemp from being imported for safety reasons like bringing in disease or bugs and such and maybe those are still on the books but Canada continued to be a world supplier of hemp and the US outlawed hemp growing for awhile but not anymore.
The US has an opportunity to get it right with Federal legislation to allow a total Inter-Statewide Cannabinoid business complete with banking, brokering and all of the other tools, but mostly one set of rules for all.
Or are they going to continue on with their lazy approach and let the greenrush happen one State at a time?
Glad to hear that the poster liked the Tabletz and that they were available in the US.
I would still like to get somekind of nr from Glen or somebody in management to say that there is progress happening.
