FFN unit NAV to March 10= APPROX: $15.70 ( AFTER DIST)

FFN unit NAV to March 10= APPROX: $15.70 ( AFTER DIST)So my updated spreadsheet  shows a loss of 56 cents since Feb 28th,  after distributions  have been paid ( which they were today). Commons now have a value of $5.70
With the last trade at $6.93, this leaves the premium to NAV @ $1.23 or about 21.5%.
In comparison DF , ( which is not purely in financials)  is trading at a low premium of  3%  AND DF carries a  yield that is higher than FFN, and UNIT NAV @ $15.88 after today is also higher than FFN's .
Last trade for DF was at  $6.06 ... DF is up 13 cents since Feb 28 update.
I would be short FFN here... if I was so inclined.
