The market for the product determines its value, the costs a company incurs determine its profitability. Efficient operations will profit and prosper, those that aren't will eventually fail.
What you're describing is that because it's a low-cost operation, you want to share in the margins it brings by valuing the buyout price higher. I'm all in with that kind of thinking, but we need to be realistic. I agree that this property will bring many a shareholder a smile, might even be a 10 bagger from these levels, but a guy like Demetree has been around the horn before and will be looking to protect his interests.
