Nozzie said the war would be over in a week.. didn't happen. Nozzie said the war was only in eastern Ukraine... the Russians bombed in western Ukraine. Since the Russians are engaging in a "scorched earth" policy, bombing industrial and civilian targets, who is to say they won't bomb Cub properties next. I assume that the uncertainty in Cub's continuing in business is forcing a delay in reports, meetings, etc.
