So we know the transaction didn't close on March 15, 2022 and we know it didn't close before March 15, 2022 so the only "about" date that available is after March 15, 2022. 

Now any date in the future is the correct date according to the agreement. 

Investors can't complain now because they know the transaction closing date as stated in the agreement so why is the SP still dropping? 

Maybe Froggy can clear up the confusion?
