RE:RE:RE:Squeeze
RE:RE:RE:Squeeze $40 million revenue in calender 2022 and minimum 45% ebitda are mgmt's guidance. Believe it or not.

And that EBITDA margin. We currently have no experience of what these margins might be but recent financials show prospectively (on very limited rev experience) gross margins alone (after COGS) might be anywhere between 26 and 50% with the latter arising on significant proportion of hardware sales. Makes the EBITDA magin percent you use highly suspect.
Cannot see tax being payable with the accumulated losses to date.
And then we have the share count! The number you use is dec 31st fully diluted but they are going to continue issuing additional options and share-based payments. What I do find intriguing is thet the two exercises of options post-Dec 31st were mainly options with average price of 87cents with a small number at 30c. The 80c+ ones would have a pretty long, multi-year expiry date according to the table of outstandings except therre are many million granted to consultants and I might speculatethese wereinvolved. .Wonder if they were being sold in that dec to end of feb period before the financials came out. But truly that is neither here ot there except for fact all grants seem to vest IMMEDIATELY, MOST PECULIAR FOR INCENTIVE! OPTIONS, and as with most companies, none are issued at a premium to sp on grant date...some incentive.
Finally we are seeing a significant and high proportion of receivables accumulate without ANY data on their aging. This, to me, is a red rag to a bull.
Look forward to more data on the numbers you crunched.
ps NO. a negative ebitda does not EVER mean a negative share price (dah!) but a multiple can and is able to applied to a positive ebitda. A negative ebitda is viewed in financial performance terms by positive changes being made in it relative to growth of revs and changes in other ratios.
