Business model problem here I realize that maybe the new business model that Stage now is promoting have a scale problem that the old model didn't have. The old model was to sale tests. It costs a lot to establish your test in the medicsl market at first but you could end up making money.
The new model is to use telehealth to reach customer but you are limited by the number of staf and oncologist that you have. Cheaper to start but limited...
