RE:RE:RE:Well, thats very very disappointing I'm glad I was able to sell this morning over 40 cents. This is pretty unbelievable that some people thinks this is still worth over 30 cents a share after today's announcement. 
After issuing about 4 billions shares between 1 cent and 5 cents how much do people think their shares will be worth? that's right, between 1 cent and 5 cents.  Do they really think that the share price will stay where it is?

Let's see
4 billions shares x 0.33 = Market Cap of $1,2 Billions

Today Market Cap is $30 Millions

So they think that by converting 100 millions dollars of debt intoo shares will make the market cap go up by 1.2 billion dollars. 

Some people should not be investing in individual stocks, they just have no idea....
