News release Monday?If the news is material to a company, normally yes.  However, I believe he can make the argument that these contracts are related and he's waiting until the Automated Lane Enforcement (ALE) &/or other contracts are approved before announcing all of them in one news release.  

And, when it happens, it will be a massive news release considering the size of the company.
