Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. I finally put him on ignore. He is so ridiculous. Of course we are nearing month end again and we know what that means! Probably just a matter of time before he reappears under a new aliases but respite for now. Bye bye Tom!
