The Forrest Kerr Hydroelectric facility feeds about 200MW into BC Hydro's NW transmission line. (To service future mining operations, etc.)

If BC Hydro required an IPP (Alta Gas) to support the grid way back in 2010, what about energy intensive projects planned for Kitimat and area. I

Is there a good chance for Northland to supply electricity?

On top of everything BC Hydro is encouraging Bitcoin mining. Up north would be ok. Cooler temperatures for computing machines. Maybe could use the heat generated, to run commerical greenhouse operations.

When add up the capital costs of mega dams and subsidies to industry (LNG, etc) (cost to taxpayers), the windpower proposal is extremely low cost.
