We just got a glimpse of what the future may hold.... And it is exciting. You are getting this note because Renforth put out a press release today with the results of our drilling from December 2021 - a long time coming, as seems to be the way with assays now, but definitely worth waiting for! The press release is linked below in both English and French, also on our website. And a reminder to you - I (Nicole, President & CEO) am writing this note to explain the press release and its importance, I am not impartial as regards Renforth and its awesome properties, you should always do your own due diligence, if you have questions you can email me at nicole@renforthresources.com. SO - what happened today? Well, the very long table of results in the press release comes from 7 holes drilled in December within the 275m long area we stripped in Fall 2021, the stripped area being located between two pairs of holes in our initial drill campaign, came back with results I consider extremely interesting. Pictured above are the 7 holes in red, between the prior blue holes. The yellow lines are channels we cut and previously reported on, demonstrating consistent surface nickel mineralization in the ultramafic, as well as more copper/zinc in the VMS that we had seen in drilling. Today's 7 holes again show us long intervals of what is, comparatively speaking, a lower grade of nickel mineralization, however, they also give us a good bit of higher grade mineralization - peaking at an amazing 3.46% nickel over 1.5m in a drill hole. Why is this exciting? Well - we have a 6km system at Victoria West (don't forget, the ultramafic, which contains the nickel, is magnetic. Victoria West is the 6km western end of a ~20km magnetic anomaly running across the middle of Surimeau. At the eastern end the ~20km anomaly is also mineralized with the same nickel rich polymetallic mineralization, that area is called Colonie) which is proving to contain polymetallic mineralization - all the battery minerals really - with not only the lower grade nickel, but within it zones of higher grade. Now - of course we need to find more. That is obvious. However - the potential, in terms of size has always been significant. Now, with the results released today, the potential in terms of grade has increased. We have work to do, but what we are working towards looks even better today than it did yesterday. Renforth is developing a future nickel/cobalt/copper/zinc/PGE resource at Victoria West at what may be the best time to do so, at the beginning of an energy storage revolution. Do not forget - battery chemistry can and will change, but - it always needs nickel! The coming North American batteries need nickel! Remember - we have drilled only a bit more than 5000m here, so we have more work to do. But - we have money in the bank, we hold stock and we have a gold deposit in our back pocket, so we can afford to do more work. And we own the property outright, so we have the time to do more work. Today's news raises the bar for what the rest of Victoria West, and the magnetic anomaly, may contain. And we have the team, time and money to do the work to find out. Watch us, the future looks bright....Nicole |
