Another step (delay) in a PYR patent application process

This is for the production of high purity powders from a molten feedstock. A "non-final rejection" is just part of the standard approval process. The documents are given to an examiner and he goes through for his first inspection and primarily is looking to see that all i's are dotted and all t's are crossed. In this case there are 33 claims for the patent and the examiner has rejected 13 claims and objected to 6 more (10 pages). It now goes back to the Company to clean all of these items up i.e. a non-final rejection! The Company now has up to 90 days to do this repair and return the documents.

The item called "Non-Patent Literature" (13 pages) is not available for opening & viewing - for whatever reason!
