RE:RE:if you liked it at .75 you should love it at .67so truth of the matter is helium is a very very big wildcard. no doubt there is a shortage worldwide so if someone can find a ready for market supply their stock is going to go to pluto.
this well we have here at least from a respectable engineering firm standpoint appears to have good value but this is not a for sure and the cost to bring it online is not enslaved in pisky dust either.
so there is risk. the oil wells flattens the risk curve by at least 60 per cent both in terms of dilution to bring the helium well online and as having value just on their own.
Throw that in the hopper and if the helium is really there and marketable and the ability to drill more helium wells exist and the oil holds out and improves 3-4 bones in my call,
now if the oil wells water out and the helium is really all just hot air then we might be worth the square roof of fluck all but that is why they call it fishing not farming.
