Unless I'm mistaken, this competitor Globecom Technologies that is bidding against GSI on the ~4 million contract Steady77 found does not seem to have a working website. That is unusual and speaks of the tiny size of this company.

I also note that no "more serious" competitor bothered to bid on the contract against GSI. This probably reflects the fact the award of this contract is a foregone conclusion. Also that SEPTA is looking to integrate the deployment with its current GSI tech.
