RE:RE:Flow Thru sharesThis wass announced as a bought deal, which I thought eliminated the risk for CNC,
" a securities offering in which an investment bank commits to buy the entire offering from the client company".

CNC probably already has this money, the closing should be irrelevent to CNC? Is this correct?
