RE:Is it sinking in yet?

RE:Is it sinking in yet? At least three responses suggest themselves.

(1) The Intel settlement was announced on October 1, 2020 but the pre-announcement didn't appear until October 8, 2020. And there's no reason it couldn't have come even later. So it may be that there will yet be a pre-announcement within the next week or so.

(2) We have a different management team now and it might be the case that our new CEO is just choosing NOT to do a pre-announcement. I don't know that there's any actual obligation to do one. The market already knows that there will be a big jump in revenues.

(3) There would be one particular reason to NOT do a pre-announcement and that is if the company were trying to finalize an acquisition. If you're negotiating a price then it would certainly be better not to advertise the precise size of your cash mountain.
