1) Apple signed or March 22nd.  More than a week has passed.  Never taken this long before.  But QTRH investors are never short of hope!

2) Revenues don't matter.  Cash flow to shareholders does. How much did McKool smith get?  How much did partner payments cost?  How much was chewed up in taxes?

3) If you are doing an acquisition that could be an interesting theory.  But if it is a big one, then there is a risk of overpaying or needing dilutive financing if it is very big.  Those risks are accentuated when the management team has such low share ownership.
