Issues permits to ABX GQC and UGD.With that drilling of Cachimbo underway GQC is over night a take over target as AEM NEM and ABX conclude mining is now become a top priority of the DR gov to fight inflasion.The question is does ABX allow AEM to get a foothold on its DR gold mining monolopy by letting AEM bid for GQC? BF told me the likely outcome for GQC was a buy out by AEM at some point.One stroke of a pen put GQC in play.
