Marvel Biosciences Corp. is a Canada-based pre-clinical-stage pharmaceutical development biotechnology company. The Company develops new synthetic chemical derivatives of the original approved drug for the new disease indication. The Company is engaged in developing MB-204 for diseases other than Parkinson's disease, specifically depression, Alzheimer’s Disease and liver fibrosis due to non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Its wholly owned subsidiary is Marvel Biotechnology Inc.
