SALZMAN did the very samething at RS time...they said all ducks are in row EXECPT that we need a higher SP so that some of the instituions could invest AND they were the FIRST one to off-load shares dragging the SP from 47 cents to 10 cents!!
Then there was that whole f..k up with RS where due to poor instructions platforms did RS on the B warrants too and it took like TWO weeks to fix it.
Then the promise to have phase 1 completed by end of 2021 at latest.....followed up with the lab being overbooked and things pushed back.....
Then phase 1 finish date by end of 2022 Q1 which didn't happen.....
Along the way, dilution after dilution to pay their buddies AND MAKING IT SOUND GREAT by telling us "LOOK THESE GUYS ARE ACCEPTING SHARES INSTEAD OF MONEY SO, THERE IS SOMETHING GOOD COOKING!!
THEY HAD THREE YEARS TO MAKE WARRANTS EXERCISABLE BUT THEY DIDN'T DO JACK!!
THESE FRUADESTERS NEVER DELIVER AND ALWAYS THERE IS SOMEONE TO BLAME...AND they always come up with dream like promises to lure in more victims and that's what the latest NR is all about!!
