Is this the lawsuit you said would not amount to anything? Is the Miami University one decided yet?
What's your prediction? s/p will be 1.00 by Christmas? When does it regain the price it had before the Phoenix dumped its load. Every prediction you have made about this stock has not come to pass. Why is that?
